You are aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between yourself and Catholic Expeditions and agree to all terms and conditions of your own free will.

TOTAL TOUR PRICE:
All prices are based on two persons sharing accommodations. Tour prices, excluding cruises, or unless noted, are based on airfare, land rates and rates of exchange in effect at the time of arrangements. All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Should the rates go up or down prior to departure, it is possible an adjustment will be made. Any tours or packages less than $1000.00 will not be eligible for any discounts or coupons. As all services are contracted and prepaid on a group basis, no refunds can be granted for any accommodations, services or events which are not used. If you deviate from the tour, no consideration can be given to a refund for unused services. Our tours are subject to a minimum number of people. Should fewer than the tour minimum participate a price adjustment may be necessary. All trips are subject to change at the discretion of Catholic Expeditions. Catholic Expeditions reserves the right to change or eliminate scheduled instructors, or escorts from any land tour or cruise based on the number of participants or other factors.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS:
A per person deposit is required to secure reservations, the deposit amount varies and will be assessed per trip. This sum will be applied to the price of the tour. Any balance is to be paid in full no later than 120 days before departure of tour. Final payments received at Catholic Expeditions after 30 days before departure must include a $25 late payment fee. (This does not apply for new reservations made after 30 days of departure.) Reservations made within 120 days of departure must include full payment. Credit cards and checks are accepted. Funds for checks returned for any reason must be returned by overnight mail in the form of a certified check or money order and must include a $50 return check fee. If for any reason your reservation is canceled before the final payment date (120 days before tour departure), you will be assessed an administrative fee of $35 per person. On or after the final payment date, full 100% penalties apply, no refund will be paid on your reservation. Full refund does not include tickets from vendors including but not limited to theater tickets, airline tickets or any other vendor, that is out of the control of Catholic Expeditions. Refunds are processed immediately and should be received within four to six weeks.

Catholic Expeditions will cancel all tours that are related to natural disasters, coronavirus, terrorism, or any other unforeseen circumstances where we feel it is unsafe for our guests to travel. In the event this occurs, Catholic Expeditions will not be responsible for any refunds, however we will do our best to reschedule the same tour on a different date in the future. If the airlines, hotels or tour operators we use do not refund the money for this cancellation, the difference will be paid by the participant. Catholic Expeditions may at any time reschedule a tour or offer a credit to use for future bookings. Cancellations due to known, foreseeable, or expected events, epidemics, government prohibitions, travel warnings and advisories, or fear of travel are generally not refundable.

Catholic Expeditions gift certificates may be used for selected tours only. They cannot be applied towards the payment of Cocoons, value tours or any other already discounted trips. If you cancel your tour, and a gift certificate was used towards the payment of the tour, the refund will only be for the amount of money that was initially paid for the certificate, not the value listed on the certificate. Certificates expire on the dates posted on the certificate and are not transferable.
